Are theses needles for a quilting machine or used for quilting on a domestic sewing machine ?

I bought these needles to use on my Janome 6600. They are used mostly for Free Motion Quilting on my domestic machine.

What is the difference between the Euro needles and regular Schmetz needles?

No difference, these are brand variations of the same product. Euro Needles are Schmetz needles.

is this 25 needles or 5?

Hi, they do send 25, but their ad is deceiving. Instead of sending 5 pks of 5 they sent me 25 off brand in a tube & they were made in China. Buyer Beware

Will they fit a brother machine?

I have not tried them on my Brother machine. I purchased these to use on my Husqavarna Mega Quilter. I would not hesitate to use when I am quilting with my Brother Dream Weaver.

Can you use with Pfaff?

If the machine says universal needles can be used, I would say so. Most can use them. Check for flat back, or round.

will they fit a bernina nova?

I use them on a Bernina quilting machine 153. They should fit your

Is the shank round or flat back? My machine only uses round.

The back is flat ,round in front.

what is difference in the 2 sizes?

The Size 14/90 refers to the size of the needle. The 90 represents the diameter of the needle, the actual size is .90mm (.90 was multiplied by 100 to get rid of the decimal). So the bigger the number the stronger and thicker the shaft. I have seen the numbers printed swapped too, as 90/14; both are the same. But be careful not to select a needle too big for the project. Use the 14/90 if you are sandwiching your fabric, or use a 70/10 (10/70) or 12/80 (80/12) for general fabric work on one side of the quilt.

Will these needles work with a Baby Lock Serenade?

I have a Baby Lock Symphony and they work perfectly with it. The only needle you cannot use to my knowledge is the Singer needle
