Do you have to hold down the steamer button while you are steaming clothes?
Hi, you should keep button on status "on" while stemaing, but you dont need to hold button .
hello the steammer is 110v? its works for 220 v electricity? because I live in argentina. its could be delivery for tomorrow to new york?
good question. The steamer is 110V (US power). if you are willing to use it in Argentina, you will have to use a transformer from 110V to 220V to make sure it will not shut down.
Does this steamer "spit"?
The reason any steamer spits is because the water you have in it has too many chemicals and/or iron. To keep this from happening, use purified or distilled water. I use by filtrate tap water. I have this steamer and I have had no issues with this. Great little steamer and works great!
Hi, Does this come with a glove or mitt?
hey, No this steamer for clothes doesn't come with a glove or mitt, but it is safe to use without gloves.
The product broke after less than 6 months of irregular use. How can I start a return under your warranty?
Definately reach out to the seller, they should be able to help!
how to use
Hang clothes on hanger or similar device; simply rotate nozzle of steamer to remove, then pour in water (preferably distilled water). DO NOT EXCEED the MAX FILL indicator line. Reattach nozzle, plug in and press switch to activate. Wait until water is boiling well, and nozzle is emitting sufficient steam. Then, holding steamer vertically, press nozzle against fabric while moving up and down along fabric and steam any wrinkles. Slightly stretching the fabric (pants, jackets, etc.) while steaming will aid in the application of steam. As noted in instructions, DO NOT tip steamer - hold vertically against fabric and allow steam to penetrate wrinkles. Note: the overheating circuit may click on after several minutes of use; if so, simply turn off steamer, and place on counter, table, etc., and allow to cool for 20-30 seconds. You should then be able to turn on and continue steaming... if water get low, unit will turn off. Carefully remove nozzle (it WILL be HOT!), add additional water, and continue steaming. Once finished steaming, turn switch off, unplug cord, and allow to cool; once cool, remove nozzle, pour out remaining water. NOTE: do not pack or store steamed clothes immediately - allow time for clothes to air dry prior to wearing, packing or storing.

Hi, Does this item have a retractable or self-storing cord?
No it does not. It is very small - no place for the cord to retract. It does a good job steaming though. I like the portability of a small hand held.
How long is the cord? And, how much water does this hold?
Hi,The clothes steamer's cord is 92 inch long. in additional, you can fill tank water of this fabric steamer with 140mm capacity.
